All packages include 1 photographer and 2 videographers, ensuring coverage from different angles. If desired, an additional photographer can be hired to capture shots from other angles or videos for social media, and drone service is available for an additional cost.
Can you cover destination weddings or weddings outside of Cancun?
Yes, we provide destination coverage and can adapt to different locations. Travel and accommodation costs may be additional.

We recommend hiring a professional stylist to ensure your hair and makeup last all day and look good in photos and videos.
How should I organize my photo schedule?
It’s helpful to work with us to establish a wedding day schedule, including enough time for pre-wedding photos, group photos, and couple photos. This will help us make the most of our time.
What items or details should I have ready for the photos?
Prepare all the important details such as the rings, bouquet, invitations, wedding bands, letters, and other meaningful items you’d like to include in the photos.
Should I practice posing or not?
You don’t need to practice posing, as our team will guide you throughout the session so you feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera.

How long does it take to deliver photos and videos?
We generally deliver photos and videos within 4 to 8 weeks after the wedding, as we perform a detailed editing process to ensure the best quality.
In what format will I receive the photos and videos?
We will deliver the photos in high resolution via a digital gallery so you can easily download and share them. The videos will be delivered in Full HD or 4K format, as agreed, and are also available for download.
Can I see a preview of the photos before the final delivery?
Yes, we can offer a preliminary gallery with some edited photos so you can see a sample before the final delivery.
Can changes be requested to the photos or videos after delivery?
Yes, we offer a photo and video adjustment service within a reasonable timeframe, usually up to 2 weeks after the final delivery. Please note that some changes may incur an additional cost.
Can I request a wedding highlight or recap video?
Of course! If you’d like a shorter video or a special wedding recap, we can create a highlight video to suit your needs. This additional service will have an extra cost.
Can I order prints or a physical album after the digital delivery?
Yes, you can order photo prints or a personalized wedding album at any time after the digital delivery. Costs vary depending on the type of album or prints chosen.
Can I share the photos and videos with family and friends?
Of course! The photos and videos you submit are your property, and you can share them with whomever you wish.
Can I change the selection of photos I want in the album after I've chosen it?
If you’ve already chosen the photos for the album but would like to make changes, adjustments can be made within a reasonable timeframe and for an additional charge depending on the work required.
What if I need more time to download the photos or videos?
The photos and videos will be available for download in your digital gallery for 6 months. If you need more time, we can extend access for an additional charge or send you a new copy.
