Clients acknowledge that services include, but are not limited to:
– Professional wedding and event photography
– Videography, including drone coverage
– Editing and post-production of audiovisual material
– Delivery of agreed content in digital or physical formats
Details of each service will be outlined in the signed agreement or confirmed by email.

3. Copyright and Content Usage

All delivered materials (photos, videos, designs) remain the intellectual property of Soulmate Wedding Stories, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a personal, non-commercial license for use. We reserve the right to use selected content for promotional purposes unless a written objection is submitted before final delivery.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Client cancellations are subject to the following terms:
– More than 60 days in advance: 50% refund of the deposit
– Less than 60 days: deposit is non-refundable
Soulmate Wedding Stories will reschedule services affected by force majeure (e.g., weather events, venue closures) subject to availability.
